One frame, two mattes, with part A and B. Part A is a pen, and water-colour side-portrait of a man in a dress jacket, with a bow tie. His left hand is on his right, which holds a scroll. "Sammy" is written on the left of the man, and "Monteagle 8 Sept 07" is on the right side. Artist signature is included but illegible. The measurements of the drawing are 21.3cm by 26cm.
Part B, is a charcoal on paper drawing of a man from his chest to his head. He is wearing a navy style cap, and a dress jacket and tie. This portrait is said to be of Captain Robinson in his day uniform. It is signed "RMM" on the lower left corner. The measurements of the drawing are 21.2cm by 28cm.
Both portraits are of the same person, Capt. Samuel Robinson.
