Engraving depicting the Battle of Maida. A crowd of soldiers in battle are depicted both on horse and ground, holding various weapons. In the foreground, soldiers are on the ground tending to the fallen. In the distance beyond the fighting soldiers are hills full of trees, mountains, and clouds. On the bottom of the piece on the border reads the title, statistics of the French force capacity in the bottom right, and statistics of the British capacity in the bottom left.
