Description
Herring filleting machine. Narrow conveying belt (metal) is driven by cog wheels at either end of machine in a narrow oblong path; belt is partially enclosed by metal sheets; round blades are underneath belt. A lever on one end of the machine is attached to a belt-driving wheel; a shaft runs from this wheel across one end of the machine; cog wheel above it; this large cog wheel turns the shaft which operates the main conveying belt mentioned above. A wooden table extends from one end.
